CAS help

If you are having trouble loggin in, please read the following instructions:

  1. If you are not sure of your NetID, then go to Find your NetID.
  2. If you cannot find your NetID, you probably don't have one. Please contact the help desk for assistance:
    ITS Help Desk - 432-9000 or 785-3200
  3. If you have a NetID, but have not created a password, please go to the Activate Your NetID site and use your "PIN" to activate your NetID.
    If you do not have a "PIN," contact your local IT support provider or Client Accounts at client.accounts@yale.edu.
  4. If you have forgotten your NetID password, please go to the Forgot Your NetID Password site to reset it.
